Electric Moped Better Choice Than Gas Powered Scooter

I had been considering getting a cute little scooter for running around town with, in order to do my smaller errands and shopping for small amounts of groceries. I was really actually going to go with a gas powered scooter, until I found out that the little electric moped was just as good of a choice, if not better than the gas powered one.
