Patent Representative Referral

I was very curious about the laws for obtaining a patent because of a recent law suit filed against a good friend of mine. As I was researching the different types, I was amazed to find out that there are actually different types of patents. As the research got more and more in depth, I realized how detailed the process of obtaining a patent would be. It is no wonder that there are several professional organisations available to help patent seekers. It would not be wise to get caught in a battle over patent violations or duplications. It would be much better to follow through with a reputable representative.
