What Mark is taking for better health

Last night I went over to my friend Mark house to borrow a power drill. There were a few things I wanted to do around my house and I needed a few tools to do them. Since Mark is a carpenter he always seems to have the right tool that I need for any job. While over at Mark’s house he was on the phone with his wife. I overheard him talking to her about something called resveratrol. After he hung up I asked him what that was about. He said that this is a health supplement that has been known improve health
