Travelling or at home workouts

When you are on vacation you are bound to be eating foods you would not normally be eating at home.  It is not uncommon to put on 5 to 10 pounds while you are vacationing.  With this in mind you need to make a more educated and decisive choice to workout with what you have got within your means.  At this time home workouts with dumbbells and bodyweight exercises are critical to your success and winning the war against that soccer ball belly you will come home with after a week of being away.  You can use anything in your room as a dumbell too.  So do not forget to use your imagination.
