Protein Powder and Recovery

I am a serious athlete who trains hard and plays a variety of sports. With my personality, I give it my all at every endeavor I attempt. Inevitably, I will get injured in some manner at some point and will have to have recoup time. One item that I take at all times anyway, but that also helps a great deal with injuries is iso pure protein powder. This supplement is very instrumental in the recuperative process. It naturally builds muscle and mass anyway and you certainly can see a difference in recovery times from injury when you include this versus when you do not.
