Losing Belly Weight Without AB Machines

Most people think that the key to losing belly fat is exercises that target the stomach area or using ab machines. I used to be one of those people also until I learned that the best way to get rid of excess stomach fat is through diet and exercise that will target the whole body. I learned that you cannot just lose weight in one section of your body. I have a friend that is a bodybuilder and he told me to start doing squats along my routine exercise program. That advice has brought me great results and I have lost weight.
