Is Lionbridge Technologies Worth Your Time?

I have friends who have been working for Lionbridge Technologies for quite some time. Most are happy, but when I looked at the amounts of money they were making for the time they were spending working online, I was rather shocked. Now, I probably value my time more than most people do, however rates comign otu to $2-$3 per hour in my opinion are terrible. How can anyone value their time at that? There are so many more things you can do in life, much mroe enjoyable, and rich then spending it behind a computer screen working for practically nothing.
