Improve Credit for Your Future

By admin | November 30, 2009

I got my very first credit card just before I left for college when I was eighteen years old. Since I had not had any other unsecured credit before this I was basically starting from scratch with my credit score. I saw it as an opportunity to improve credit for myself. I was taught that it was important to be responsible with my spending so that I could pay my balance off each month. I knew that the decisions that I made with that credit card would affect how I would be in the future.  It would also help me to have a good score if I wanted to buy a house when I left college.
