How To Avoid Angry Customers

My son recently started a new mechanic business. He has always dreamed of owning his own auto shop. My husband and I are very proud of him for following his dreams. He is and excellent mechanic and already has a long waiting list. We are looking forward to watching his business grow. He mentioned to me that he invested into a Call Tracking service. He said that they provide him with one main phone line for customers. It records each call and he is able to access reports and keep track of customer service concerns. He is very proud and excited about this new service.
