I Am Buying My Brother’s Black Mustang and Need to Transfer the Title

I just bought my brother’s Mustang from him. He’s on his way to Iraq and doesn’t want it to just sit around for a year or more. He gave me a really good deal, probably because he’s my brother and he loves me. This car is so special. I know that every time I drive it I will think of my brother and pray for his safety. I need to take care of the CA dmv title transfer before he goes, and then this sweet black car will be all mine. I will take good care of it, but I plan to put a lot of miles on it while he is gone. There are places I want to go to and things that I want to see.
