My Husband Thinks He is a Comedian

My husband is not the romantic type. He goes through life trying to make a joke out of everything. On our second wedding anniversary, I set the scene fora tender evening. There were candles on the dining room table, and rose petals scattered around the rug in front of the fireplace. Well, he forgot what day it was, and came home from work with two of his friends and a case of beer to watch Monday night football. I was furious, to say the least. He tried to make it up to me the next day. I received a dozen roses, along with a dozen funny poems. That poor man can not even make his apologies serious. It’s a good thing he has other redeeming qualities!
